It was a rare occurrence for the young pair. Wyatt and Bianca seldom had a chance to go out and enjoy themselves, always having to cater to responsibilities inflicted upon them by other people. They struggled to find time for each other – when one’s schedule began to die down, the other’s picked up. But for this one weekend they found themselves completely free, able to do whatever they wanted. Although it seemed as if P3 would be the last place Wyatt would want to go after staring at those walls every day, it was there that they decided upon spending their free hours. Although they had few friends, a chance to spend normal time with some normal people seemed the opportune thing to do.
Returning from the dance floor with Joanne, Bianca slipped into the booth next to Wyatt. It was located in a dark corner, well away from view and often reserved for those who owned or worked at the club. Although it obscured most of the club from sight, it left a nice view of the stage so that they didn’t need to move any further than lifting their bodies to see over the array of heads on the dance floor to observe the musicians entertaining the crowds.
Rubbing Wyatt’s leg, Bianca’s hand surreptitiously slipped down to his inner thigh. Murmuring contentedly, Wyatt turned his face towards her, leaning in and nuzzling against her neck. She leaned in towards him.
“What do you think you’re doing?” he whispered into her ear.
“Nothing,” she replied innocently.
“It doesn’t feel like nothing,” he said. Threading his hand underneath hers he lifted it from his lap and placed it back onto her own. “Watch where you’re putting those hands. We’re not leaving anytime soon.”
“Wyatt, who chose this band?” Joanne asked. “They’re positively awful.”
“I know. It took me at least a good two minutes to work out what that last song was,” Bianca agreed.
“Don’t look at me, Chris is the entertainment manager. I don’t know where he ropes half these musicians in from. I think he was having trouble getting someone to play tonight.”
“Well I’m sure they’ve already played this song,” Mark said. “In fact I think this is the third number they’ve played twice.”
Wyatt drew the corner of his mouth back considerately, knowing that if Mark was right they could easily lose the crowd. It all depended on how many drinks they’d had and whether they were coherent enough to notice. He tilted his head back to look behind Bianca as they called out for requests from the stage.
“Play ‘Roxanne’!” he shouted, only to be ignored, his voice lost as it petered out through the crowd and the distance.
“You want me to play Roxanne?” Bianca asked subtly.
“B,” Wyatt cautioned.
“Oh my god! I love this song!” Joanne suddenly cried, grabbing Mark’s hand and dragging him out to the dance floor, leaving Wyatt and Bianca on their own.
“Isn’t this like twenty years old?” Wyatt asked.
“Uh huh,” Bianca replied.
“A little before her time.”
“Almost. Not ours though,” Bianca said, sliding closer to him.
“I could just see you dancing around in a tiny little skirt trying to imitate dancers fifteen to twenty years older than you.”
Bianca smiled. Her gaze falling down to his lap, she moved her hands to the side, pressing down on the cushioned surface as her eyes met his again.
“I know you want it, it’s easy to see,” Bianca recited along to the lyrics, pushing herself up and lifting herself over Wyatt, dropping down to straddle his legs. Wyatt held her gaze, transfixed with her movements. Slowly she draped her arms across his shoulders, crossing her wrists behind his neck. “And in the back of your mind I know you should be fucking me.”
“I don’t think they’re the right words,” Wyatt said as she inched closer.
“I like the dirty version,” she stated, her lips descending upon his.
Softly she kissed him, little by little applying more pressure until she felt him give. His hands dropped down to her legs, coursing up her thighs. She lapped gently at his bottom lip, his lips parting to deepen the kiss. Eventually Wyatt caught himself and gained control back of the situation, wrapping his hands around her arms and pulling his head back. Bianca looked at him mournfully.
“What… what did I say?” he asked her.
“You told me to watch where I put my hands. You didn’t say anything about my lips,” she pointed out.
Tenderly she kissed his cheek, lightly making a trail along his jaw line to his neck, resting for a moment against the rough stubble and feeling the thrumming of his pulse beneath his skin. Moving up to his ear she nipped the lobe.
“You know I like your pants around your feet,” she breathed into his ear. She heard him moan, her skin tingling as his lips descended upon her shoulder. “Who’s going to notice?”
His gaze lifted as he saw Mark and Joanne returning, glasses in hand. He hadn’t noticed that the band had finished the old ‘naughties’ number and were back to playing more recent tunes.
“They might,” he said.
Bianca pulled back, turning to see their friends approaching. Making a move to get off of Wyatt, she was surprised to feel him pull her sharply back down onto his lap. She looked back to him inquisitively.
“Don’t move,” he said.
Her gaze dropping she saw the reason for his insistence she remain there. She had pushed him a little too far with her amorous teasing and now his arousal was quite prominent through the material of his pants. It wasn’t something he’d readily want their companions noticing. She smiled triumphantly, her eyes sparkling playfully as she met his gaze again.
“Wyatt, I brought you another beer. Looked like you needed one,” Mark said, holding the schooner out to Wyatt. He took it readily into his hand, gulping it down almost in one go. “B?
“Just leave it on the table,” she replied, waving her hand behind her. “I’ll get to it later.”
Wyatt grimaced as he tried to lean forward to put his glass on the table. Sympathetically Bianca took it from his hands, leaning back and placing it down herself. Turning her attention back to him she leisurely played with his hair as discussion passed around her. When she heard Mark direct his conversation away from Wyatt and towards Joanne, she locked eyes with Wyatt once again.
“Later?” she mouthed. Smiling, he nodded in agreement.
